How do I provide my imprinting information?

When ordering products that offer imprinting, make sure you also check imprinting in the product options sections. Please note there are minimum quantities required for imprinting.
You will be prompted to enter your imprinting information.
  • If you are a new customer or have changes to your imprinting you need to provide your imprinting information in the space provided at checkout. Your imprinting will be in the following standard imprinting format unless you specify otherwise:
Your Name, Designation
1234 Main Street
Your City, CA 99999
(555) 888-1234

  • If you are a previous customer and imprinting information has not changed - simply check the box "SAME AS BEFORE"
We will email a proof of your imprint for review and approval before we go to print.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.

What is your return policy?
  We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from sturdico, simply return it within 30 days and your money will be promptly refunded or unsatisfactory product replaced at once.
